About Niadra. And how we write.
Niadra is the shared memory for a company's AI agents, across every channel and vendor. This page covers what it is, why it exists and the rules we follow in everything we publish.
What it is
Niadra sits above all of a company's AI agents, from any vendor, on any channel. It does three things:
- It recognizes the customer on any channel: phone, email, tax ID and app login become one customer, with a confidence level.
- It hands the full context to the agent before the first word, in under 100 ms, with the source of every fact.
- It opens the entire history for the agent to search during the conversation, with any LLM.
Why it exists
Every AI agent vendor keeps customer memory in its own database, in its own format and under its own identifier. None of them will open that memory to a competitor. That is why customers repeat their story on every channel, and why memory has to sit above all of them, in a neutral layer.
How we work
Neutral
Niadra is not an agent, not a channel and does not compete with your vendors. Any AI model, any vendor.
Fully managed
Niadra builds and runs all the infrastructure. On your side, just the SDK.
Security by name
AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, keys in FIPS 140-3 HSMs and a SHA-256 hash-chained record of every read.
Your data stays yours
It never trains AI models, is never sold, leaves in an open format whenever you want and is deleted with a receipt.
How we write
The rules for the blog, the glossary and the rest of the site.
- Every number has a source, with a link to where it came from. A number without a source does not go in.
- Comparisons say when the alternative is better. We do not publish "best tools" lists with Niadra on top.
- Publication and update dates appear on each post, and they only change when the content changes.
- No customer is named without written permission. The examples on the site are examples, and say so.
- Errors get fixed, and the update date moves forward. To point out an error, use the contact form.
